Job Description

  • Evaluate Training needs for across the functions.
  • To ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training.
  • Need to manage, design, develop, coordinate and conduct training programs as & when required.
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
  • Identify, develop, implement and update the training needs for the respective teams in consultation
    with the respective HOD.
  • Interact with employees/Departmental HODs periodically for their feedback on the performance of
    employees.
  • Research different methods of training and development strategies pertaining to different levels.
  • Implementation of Company Induction Program for all the new joiners other than CRM category.
  • Preparing Training MIS, Reports.

Skills and Competencies

  • MBA/MMS (HR + Training Certification) from a reputed institute.
  • Relevant Experience of 1 – 3 years.
  • Should be excellent in communication & presentation Skills.
  • Should be able to work independently.
  • Job Location – Mumbai & ready to travel as & when require.
