The Svasthya Svasti Wellness Programme is designed to give everyone at Svasti Microfinance an opportunity to learn and practice self-care using the principles of yogic living and Aahaar, Vihaar, and Vichaar, which are the three pillars of yoga.
Created by Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach Varsha Sutrave, the Swasthya Svasti programme brings 1,800 plus Svasti employees together every working Saturday, for an hour-long community yoga practice (Yog Abhyas) and discussion (Yog Charcha) session.
